Eldredge Manor Wedding Venue

Built in 1896 by the James Eldredge family was a beautiful mansion, now called Eldredge Manor. This historic mansion sits in the heart of Bountiful and is the perfect setting for any event. Synonymous with elegance, charm and memory making, it began its existence by embracing family; serving as the Eldredge family home until it was transformed into a wedding venue in 1915. Eldredge Manor at Eldredge Square hosts wedding ceremonies, receptions and more. Payment, Rental Fee & Vendors

  1. How many people can your location accommodate?
    • We can do receptions up to 400 guests in a flow pattern (guests coming in and out) 100 seated for dinner inside.
  2. What is the rental fee, and what’s included in that price?
    • Packages start at $2595 and includes the building, tables, chairs, etc.
  3. Do you accept payment plans?
    • Yes.
  4. What’s your weather backup plan for outdoor spaces?
    • We have two indoor ballrooms that can be used if the outdoor space is unusable due to weather.
  5. Do you have an in-house career or a list of “preferred” caterers, or does the couple need to provide their own? If there is an in-house caterer, does the couple have the option of using an outside caterer instead?
    • We are the in house caterer, but clients have the option to do a $750 buy out fee for lunches and $1500 for dinners/receptions to bring in their own food options and caterers.
  6. Can the couple hire their own vendors, or is there a preferred vendor list they need to stick to?
    • Besides catering, clients can bring in any other vendor they prefer!

 

Amenities at Eldredge Manor

  1. Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?
    • Yes.
  2. Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided or will does the couple need to rent them on their own?
    • Each package comes with base linens and chairs and tables with silverware and glassware, but they can upgrade to customize at their preference for an additional fee.
  3. Do you have an inventory of decor that can be borrowed from?
    • Absolutely. We can provide a list and clients can choose to upgrade based on their preferences for an additional fee.
  4. Can things be moved around, or is everything supposed to stay as is?
    • Things can be moved around!
  5. Can the couple use their own candles/confetti/sparklers/food-trucks?
    • Yes to candles, confetti, sparklers (depending on the package, we do provide those though! And the buyout fee applies to food trucks.)
  6. Do you provide heating and/or umbrellas for outdoor spaces?
    • Yes! For an additional fee.
  7. Do you have a sound system and/or microphones for speeches?
    • Yes! We have an in-house A/V system that can be heard indoors and outdoors with wireless mics.

 

Parking & Alcohol at Eldredge Manor

  1. Is there parking on site and if so, is it complimentary? If not, where will guests park?
    • Yes! We have a complimentary parking lot that is free to all guests and can hold up to 120 cars.
  2. Are you licensed to provide alcohol service?
    • Yes.
