A: A Log Haven Wedding can vary greatly in size, incorporate multiple locations of the restaurant property, and can create a customized food & beverage plan, so it is not possible to quote a general package price for each wedding. Log Haven does not have Overall Package Minimums. Instead, our team of coordinators works individually with you to create a wedding package that best fits your vision and budget. (Food & Beverage minimums may apply).
A: While all packages can include custom elements, a Log Haven Wedding has typically 5 basic expenses:
A Usage Fee – that incorporates the use of a custom ceremony & reception space, coordination services, staff setup/breakdown, and room amenities such as tables, chairs, china, glassware, & much more.
A Ceremony Fee (Optional) – a flat rate for all ceremonies that covers complete coordination of your ceremony, staff setup/ breakdown, ceremony amenities such as, dressing rooms, chairs, alter archway, & more. (not applicable when hosting only a reception).
A Food & Beverage Plan – custom food selections from our multiple banquet menus that meet with our food & beverage minimums (see wedding packet pg. 9 or coordinator for food & beverage minimum details) for your event’s guest count, priced per person for each attendee. Custom alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage selections with varying payment options are available, served in adherence with all UDABC regulations. (Payment of F&B plan is split into two scheduled payments for your convenience.)
A Service Charge – A percentage charge of (22%) applicable to your Usage Fee + Food & Beverage Plan that pays the staffing costs for all Log Haven personnel involved with your event. (Additional staff gratuity for exceptional service is optional and appreciated)
Sales Tax – A state mandated sales tax of (8.25%) is applicable to all food & beverage items but not charged on Usage & Ceremony fees, under current tax requirements.
