Another gorgeous venue with unobstructed views of the Tetons is Moose Head Ranch. The Moose Head Ranch wedding venue is only available as the venue itself. All vendors and other costs are brought in separately by you. I actually love this idea because it means you get to start from a completely clean slate and have your wedding exactly how you want it. If you’re still on the hunt for an awesome photographer, I’d love to help you out! I’ve created tons of free resources and guides on my blog for couples that are getting married in or around Jackson Hole. I want to be a resource for you as you navigate the planning process. Fill out this form, and I’d love to answer any questions that you have.
I love how the story of Moose Head Ranch is told on their website. “In 1925, the year Moose Head Ranch was homesteaded, Jackson Hole was a land of pioneers and ranch families who worked hard to live in such a beautiful, pristine setting. The Ranch was purchased in 1967 by John Mettler and is now in the capable third generation hands of Chris and Lindsay Davenport, who grew up on the ranch and are now following their parents, Louise and Kit. Eddy Edmiston also grew up at Moose Head, and has taken over the ranch manager position when his father, Dave, retired after 37 years. For both management and guests, there’s something about this Jackson Hole Dude Ranch that gets in your blood and keeps you coming back …. again and again.” It’s such a magical place to celebrate your love!!
Site rates for 2022 start at $9,000. As mentioned above, you must hire all other vendors needed for your big day, including food and beverage! This blog post will be short and sweet because I’ll only be covering the basics! For reservations, contact Chris at 307-733-3141 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The town of Jackson is located 26 miles south of Moose Head Ranch. Shopping, informative museums and art galleries are available for you to kill time. Scenic, whitewater float trips and guided fishing trips can be arranged for you. Grand Teton National Park surrounds the Ranch, offering miles of scenic drives and hiking trails. Yellowstone National Park, 32 miles north of Moose Head, is a wonderland of geysers, wildlife, waterfalls and lakes. Moose Head Ranch is able to suggest a guide for you to make the most of your time there. If you decide to venture off the ranch for a day trip where you might miss a meal, Moose Head Ranch can provide you with an amazing picnic during that time.
