The Gorgeous Sleepy Ridge Weddings

Sleepy Ridge weddings are dreamy. Their grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the inside is just as beautiful. Sleepy Ridge weddings offers both indoor and outdoor wedding reception space. They have two different rooms where you can do both small and large wedding receptions and ceremonies. Their venue is fit for all different wedding types and is beautiful all year long. Payment & Rental Fee

  1. How many people can your location accommodate?
    • The Garden Room is 2,720 square feet with a garden patio which is 2,160 square feet. It can seat up to 150 for luncheon/dinner and up to 500 for a flowing reception. The Sunset Room is 4,160 square feet and has additional balcony space. It can seat up to 220 people for a luncheon/dinner and up to 700 people for a flowing reception.
  2. What is the rental fee, and what’s included in that price?
    • $1700-$3800 for a 4-11 PM rental time (all day is an additional fee). Included with the rental fee is (15) 60” round guest tables, (2) 8’ banquet tables, (3) 6’ banquet tables, (1) 4’ banquet table, (2) 36” bistro tables, padded chiavari chairs, an on-site venue attendant, (3) floor easels, (2) table easels, chandeliers, Wi-Fi, an ice machine, use of 15 hurricane centerpieces with battery operated candles, floor length linens of any color for tables listed, set-up and take-down, Bluetooth sound system wireless microphone, (2) 95″ HD TV’s, warming/prep kitchen, brides room, Garden Patio/Sunset Balcony Bistro lighting, large fireplace and mantle, large parking area, use of building/grounds/golf course for photography.
  3. Do you accept payment plans?
    • We require an initial nonrefundable deposit of 50% of your room rental to book the venue. After the deposit, we can do payments up to two weeks before your wedding date. You are also welcome to pay the rest of your balance all at once two weeks before your wedding. 


Vendors & Inclement Weather

  1. What’s your weather backup plan for outdoor spaces?
    • If you have your ceremony outdoors and bad weather strikes, we can move your ceremony indoors into your rental space.
  2. Can the couple hire their own vendors or is there a preferred vendor list they need to stick to?
    • We have a list of awesome preferred vendors. We require couples to use our preferred vendors for the following three cases: alcohol bar, ceiling lighting and draping, and aerial fireworks. Other than those cases, couples are welcome to bring whatever vendors they would like into the venue. 
  3. Do you have an in-house caterer or a list of “preferred” caterers or does the couple need to provide their own? If there is an in-house caterer, does the couple have the option of using an outside caterer instead?
    • We have two amazing preferred caterers. However, couples are welcome to bring in whatever caterer they want. 


Amenities at Sleepy Ridge

  1. Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided or will the couple need to rent them on their own?
    • Everything that is listed above is included with the rental besides plates, silverware and glassware which will need to be brought in by the couple.
  2. Do you have an inventory of decor that can be borrowed from?
    • The couple can borrow the (3) floor easels, (2) table easels and 15 hurricane centerpieces with battery operated candles.
  3. Can things be moved around or is everything supposed to stay as is?
    • During the couple’s venue consultation meeting, we go over how the couple would like the room set up. The couple can adjust the space day of their wedding, with permission of onsite venue hostess. 
  4. Can the couple use their own candles/confetti/sparklers/food-trucks?
    • Candles must have the flame enclosed. Spilled wax on floor or linens is the responsibility of the wedding. We do not allow confetti, but we love sparkler send-offs. We also love food-trucks. Since we are a public golf course, we recommend weddings provide a food voucher for their guests. 
  5. Do you provide heating and/or umbrellas for outdoor spaces?
    • We do not provide heaters or umbrellas. We recommend weddings move indoors during poor weather. 
  6. Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?
    • Each of our spaces have a Brides Room for getting ready. 
  7. Do you have a sound system and/or microphones for speeches?
    • A Bluetooth sound system and wireless microphone is included with the rental.


Parking & Alcohol for Your Sleepy Ridge Wedding

  1. Is there parking on site and if so, is it complimentary? If not, where will guests park?
    • We have complimentary guest parking right in front of the venue. 
  2. Are you licensed to provide alcohol service?
    • We allow alcohol at our venue; however, couples are required to hire our preferred bartender and pay a $500 alcohol venue fee.
