If you’re looking for a wedding venue in Jackson Hole with amazing food and beautiful views, look no further than Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club (JHGTC). With private event tents overlooking the golf course, a breathtaking Grand Teton backdrop and on-site catering by the North Grille Restaurant, your Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club wedding day will be unforgettable. In this guide, I’ll outline venue information such as site fees, food, vendors and more! If you’re still looking for a wedding photographer, fill out this form and let’s talk about your wedding details! I’m here to be a guide and resource for you throughout your wedding planning process, and would love nothing more than to be your photographer. Let’s get to it!
The Event Tent is available May through September on Saturday’s only. It holds a minimum of 65 guests and a maximum of 200 guests seated with a dance floor. There is a music curfew of 10 pm per the Teton County noise ordinance. The site is $15,000 and includes:
It’s important to note that for your Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club wedding, as a member based country club, JHGTC does not allow wedding clients to use any facilities other than the Event Tent and ceremony space. You are allowed a practice walkthrough for your ceremony the day prior to your event. However, this should be coordinated with your wedding planner.
There is a one-time fee covering setup, clean-up, and event coordination. Sales tax and service fee do not apply to this charge. The cost is
At JHGTC, licensed wedding coordinators are required to facilitate the scheduling and execution of your event, and a full service wedding planner is a contractual requirement. “Day-of” coordination is not permitted, and they strongly recommend using a local wedding planner familiar with local vendors and their venue. To view a list of preferred wedding planners, check out this list. There are more recommended vendors such as DJ’s, bands, transportation, florists and more on the list. The vendor list is provided as a reference and intended only as examples and not as a list of recommended or mandated options.
Our Catering team will assist you in coordinating all food and beverage details, menu design, venue set-up, and assist with other aspects of your wedding experience at the Club. JHGTC prides itself on culinary creativity and offers an extensive array of menu items to choose from. Or we can completely custom-design a menu for you, along with your choice of beverages. JHGTC does not offer wedding tastings. To get a sense of their chef’s style, presentation, service and quality, join them for dinner in their North Grille restaurant! To view their menu and beverage choices, check out this guide. There is a minimum food & beverage expenditure of $100 per person in addition to the site fee. A common questions is: Can we have an outside caterer provide food and/or beverages? At JHGTC, they do not allow outside caterers for alcohol. They do, however, allow you to bring in an outside caterer for food, and there is a $5,000 additional fee for doing so.
Take advantage of hosting your Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club wedding reception next to their driving range by including lawn games for your guests and kids!! They offer corn hole, life-sized Jenga, ladder toss, and croquet for $50 each.
