If you’re engaged and planning a wedding in one of the most beautiful places in the world, congrats! A Park City wedding with beautiful snow-capped mountains in the winter and endless fields of wildflowers in the summer is absolutely gorgeous. Park City is definitely one of the most picturesque places in the world to get married. A huge bonus is that the town is chalked full of ideal wedding venues. Fantastic caterers, world-class lodging, organized wedding planners and many other wedding vendors make up the town as well. With so many vendors to choose from, you’re sure to have a unique Park City wedding that is uniquely yours. This guide will help you from start to finish as you plan your big day in Park City.

Park City Wedding Venues

I wrote a blog post on three Park City wedding venues with more detail but will highlight them here as well. Whether you’re looking to get married inside or outside, there are venues in Park City available for your choice of style. From expansive outdoor patios, rustic lodges and contemporary art galleries, you’re sure to find a style that fits your dream. In my blog post I highlighted 4URanch, The Lodge at Blue Sky and Stein Eriksen Lodge. 4U Ranch is a gorgeous ranch venue located 20 minutes from Park City in Peoa. The Lodge at Blue Sky is a beautiful venue with multiple options for your ceremony. It is located 25 minutes north of Main Street in Park City in the Wasatch Mountain Range. Stein Eriksen Lodge is Park City’s largest luxury ballroom with panoramic mountain views and is sure to fulfill all of your luxurious wedding dreams.

Another unique option to host your wedding in Park City is the Kimball Art Center. This venue has an outdoor courtyard with theater-style seating for 200 with a seated dinner occupancy of approximately 150. The Kimball Art Center is one of the most unique venues in Park City. The Bridge Café and Grill has a spacious, large outdoor patio. With a mountain and downtown Park City view, you can’t go wrong. Their outdoor deck can accommodate over 300 ceremony guests. Their inside space seats up to 75 guests in the café. Last but not least is the Park City Mountain Resort. This location includes five different venues throughout the mountain. If you’re looking to exchange wedding vows immersed in breathtaking mountain vistas, Park City Mountain Resort is your place.

Park City Wedding Florists

Although the Wasatch Mountains are known for their brightly colored wildflowers, nothing complements a gorgeous wedding venue and beautiful bride quite like amazing florals. In this blog post, I’ll highlight three wedding florists that have stunning work and serve the Park City area. Erin Keller of Urban Château Floral is a dream to work with. Her creations are stunning and she is so friendly. Your Park City wedding will be absolutely gorgeous with Erin’s floral work.

Fleur & Stems started in 2016 and are still operating their floral business every day. The business is run by two lovely and talented florists, Kenzie and Shelby. They both have quite a bit of floral experience and love what they do. They say, “We believe in doing everything within our power to provide a unique and custom product for each of our clients. Each client we meet provides us an opportunity to try something new and each person’s style is truly unique. Just as every client’s style is different, each and every arrangement is also completely unique.” Visit their website to inquire about florals for your big day!

Kaitlynn at Sweet Afton Floral began designing five years ago when she chose to create her own wedding florals! She realized quickly that it was something she loved doing and had the wonderful opportunity to work alongside other florists to create arrangements for weddings. She strives to make the planning stress-free while meeting your vision for your wedding! Check out her gorgeous portfolio here.

Wedding Caterers

I don’t know about you, but I’m obsessed with food trucks. Insert the Food Truck League. Do you already have a food truck in mind that you want to hire? Or are you just looking for a particular type of cuisine? The Food Truck League works with all the top food trucks in Utah and can help you coordinate the logistics of your catered event no matter what you are looking for. Whether you want to learn more about popular food trucks in Utah or want to explore your options, like Korean BBQ, waffles, or taco food trucks, they give you access to all the food truck options in one place. Make your Park City wedding especially unique with the Food Truck League.

Riverhorse on Main is one of Park City’s most famous restaurants. They serve steak and seafood and their catering kitchen is called SaltBox Eatery. This restaurant is one of Park City’s oldest, most well respected restaurants. You can inquire about their services here. Whether you need a meal for 10 or dinner for 200, they can give you a world-class experience. With its trendy urban vibe, live music and historic setting in Park City’s renovated Masonic Hall, Riverhorse on Main treats its guests to exceptional service and upscale, seasonal dishes and American cuisine. They are located at 540 Main Street in the heart of beautiful, historic Park City.

Last on this list, but certainly not least is Savoury Kitchen. I love that Savoury Kitchen is committed to reducing their environmental impact through composting, recycling and lowering their energy consumption. They believe that purchasing local and seasonal products and preserving and processing them in their own kitchen rather than buying pre-made product reduces their carbon footprint as well. They promise to bring the freshest of local ingredients and the highest quality products to your table. Savoury Kitchen takes pride in offering their great handcrafted food for all budgets.

Bakeries in Park City

If you’re looking for the best sweets for your wedding, these three bakeries will not disappoint. First on the list is LuAnn’s cupcakes. LuAnn specializes in elegant, mini cupcakes. She has gluten-free options and offers specialized decoration. LuAnn’s is located at 656 Division Street in Park City.

Second, we have Auntie Em’s. They are located at the Market at 1500 Snow Creek Drive in Park City and is a purveyor of small-batch pies and cookies. Their website says that their pie crust is always flaky, their fruit is always ripe, their buttery cookies are always soft, and their delicious treats are always served with a smile. Their customers are always telling them that their pie and desserts are the best in Park City. All goods are freshly baked in Park City with wholesome, natural ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible.

The Windy Ridge Bakery creates artisan breads, French-inspired pastries, and a full line of savory gourmet take-out. Their savory cuisine includes soups, salads and entrées. They also offer house made specialty cakes, pies and tarts. Their website can be found here, and they are located at 1750 Iron Horse Drive in Park City.

Wedding Rental Shops

Whether you are local or are planning a gorgeous destination wedding in Park City, it’s important to have a couple of rental shops in mind in case of any last-minute, forgotten items. If you’re just starting your search for your wedding dress and want to assist your fiancé with finding the perfect suit, here are a couple of recommendations.

The Bridal Studio, located 40 minutes from Park City has all of your unique bridal needs in mind. As the ultimate indie bridal shop in Salt Lake City, The Bridal Studio redefines the wedding dress shopping experience by straying from the norm of traditional bridal retail. Located in Salt Lake City is Jack Suits. It is run by two best friends, Joey and Dave. They customize suits for your big day! You figure out fabric options, color choices, price range, and time constraints either online or in-person. Their website has more information with location, how-to’s and a gallery and can be found here.

Park City Wedding Planners

I wrote a previous blog post which includes a Q+A with Park City Wedding Planner Michelle Leo of Michelle Leo Events. She was so kind to spend some time answering frequently asked questions that engaged couples run into. You can find that blog post here!

Harvest Moon Events’ website says, “We live and breathe events. From small dinner parties to weddings to corporate conferences for 2000 attendees, we love it all. Based in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, we know how to get a ceremony arch, 10-piece band, and a horse-drawn sleigh up a mountain side.” This says it all. Kasey, the owner, has over 15 years of experience designing world-class celebrations. Her company will travel to any Utah town and specializes in mountain destinations. You can find more information on her website pertaining to pricing and examples of her work.
