The Turpin Meadow Ranch wedding venue is another beautiful ranch venue that showcases the beauty of the Grand Tetons. The historic ranch has been restored to its former glory and has been upgraded with high quality accommodations. With guest cabins and chalets, the ranch can accommodate up to 52 overnight guests. The main lodge can comfortably accommodate 50 people for indoor dining. For larger groups, they can expand to their scenic outdoors. Tents of various sizes, as well as tables, chairs and other needed items must be rented out by local vendors. Booking Policies For Your Turpin Meadow Ranch Wedding
Turpin Meadow offers an exclusive ranch buy-out, which allows you and your wedding guests exclusive access to the ranch before, during and after your big day. The ranch buy-out includes access and use of the lodge, grounds and all cabins and chalets. Weddings at Turpin Meadow Ranch are required to rent all cabins and chalets at the negotiated rates for a minimum of three nights during the buy-out period. Summer buy-out pricing is $7500 for 2023. A deposit equal to the established ranch buy-out will be required to secure your reservation and is non-refundable. The deposit is due at the time of booking. The listed price does not include taxes and gratuity.
Lodging
When it comes to lodging for your Turpin Meadow Ranch wedding, there are lots of options! Cabins and chalets can sleep anywhere from 2 to 6 people per chalet or cabin. All the details can be nailed down when you inquire!
Food & Beverage For Your Turpin Meadow Ranch Wedding
The awesome part about a buy-out is that you don’t have to worry about contacting and hiring as many vendors as you would without a buy-out. The chef at Turpin Meadow Ranch will take care of all of your food and beverage needs. The chef offers a taste of Wyoming’s bounty with each meal by paying homage to local farmers, foragers and rangers who share the Ranch’s vision of quality meals sourced from their amazing surroundings. Turpin Meadow Ranch is happy to customize any menu for your wedding, from wine paired fine dining to a Wyoming western BBQ. All event related alcohol must be provided and served by Turpin Meadow Ranch.
Activities
Turpin Meadow Ranch can assist in the coordination and scheduling of all your onsite and off-site activities. Think park tours, fishing, rafting, hiking, horseback and more!! I love that the ranch offers a Horseback Riding Buy-Out option. Wedding parties have the option to buy-out the horse operation for a flat rate of $1000 per day. This rate would give event guests exclusive access to the Turpin Riding stock and staff wranglers from 9 AM to 4 PM. The ranch will be able to accommodate up to 30 2-hour rides during that period. The price of activities is not included in buy-out.
Wedding Planning & Coordinating
Because Turpin Meadow Ranch is a small boutique ranch, there is limited staff. They require that you or the wedding party, provides a designated professional wedding planner to be identified at the time of booking. The wedding planner is intended to assist you with the coordination of logistics, rentals, menus and scheduling. In addition, the wedding planner will coordinate the management of all wedding activities, including the ceremony and reception.
