Locations and Logistics at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

Rendezvous Lodge

Located at 9,095 feet, the Rendezvous Lodge is accessed via a 10-15 minute ride on the Bridger Gondola (such a fun part of the guest experience!) and offers incredible views of Rendezvous Peak and the Jackson Hole Valley. Ceremony or cocktail hour space is located on either the main deck or south deck.

Max capacity: 400 – an average is 100-200

Snow is typically present mid-December to early April

Event start times: 5:30pm-10pm with option to extend until 11pm for additional fee

Ceremony Location: The Deck with valley view or views of Corbet’s Couloir and Rendezvous Peak

For a smaller, intimate dining experience, the Couloir dining space on the second floor of Rendezvous Lodge is the perfect choice. This cozy venue features large windows that frame breathtaking views, creating a stunning backdrop for your meal. Enjoy a memorable dining atmosphere that combines privacy with the beauty of nature. The max capacity is 30 people. Event start times is 5:30 pm-10 pm with the option to extend until 11 pm for an additional fee. The ceremony locations include the deck with valley view or views of Corbet’s Couloir and Rendezvous Peak.

Trapper’s at Solitude Station

This venue is the perfect middle ground between Rendezvous Lodge and Couloir. Located at 6,500 feet, Trappers is easily accessible via a scenic 2-minute ride on the Sweetwater Gondola to the mid-station. The patio features two outdoor fireplaces and comfortable lounge seating, perfect for enjoying the stunning mountain views. Inside, you’ll find a recently renovated space adorned with unique mountain decor, creating a cozy atmosphere. For outdoor ceremonies, the expansive lawn provides the most beautiful setting against the breathtaking backdrop of the Jackson Hole Valley. The average capacity is 80 guests. Events start at 5:30 pm-10 pm with the option to extend until 11 pm for an additional fee. The location of the ceremony is Solitude lawn with valley view.
