If you’re looking to tie the knot intimately or with a big crowd, a Blue Sky Ranch wedding will be your jam. Blue Sky Ranch is absolutely gorgeous. The views from the ranch are breathtaking, and the people are incredibly friendly and helpful. Payment, Rental Fee and Vendors
How many people can your location accommodate?
For lodging, we have 46 rooms that can accommodate up to 112 people on-site. For venue capacities, I’ve attached a chart, as each venue is different. Events and Capacities.pdf
What is the rental fee, and what’s included in that price?
Yes, we do! We can create custom installment prior to the wedding date.
What’s your weather backup plan for outdoor spaces?
We recommend renting a tent, or moving to an indoor venue if it’s available.
Do you have an in-house career or a list of “preferred” caterers, or does the couple need to provide their own? If there is an in-house caterer, does the couple have the option of using an outside caterer instead?
We require the use of our Blue Sky catering company on a First Right of Refusal Basis. If our catering team is already committed to an event, we may permit the use of a 3rd party caterer.
Can the couple hire their own vendors, or is there a preferred vendor list they need to stick to?
We have a preferred vendor list, however they are welcome to hire their own with our approval. The vendors must sign our Vendor Agreement before arriving at the property.
Amenities at Blue Sky Ranch
Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided or will does the couple need to rent them on their own?
Tables, chairs, plates, silverware, and glassware are provided with the rental fee. Additional decor items will need to be rented by the Client.
Do you have an inventory of decor that can be borrowed from?
We do not.
Can things be moved around or is everything supposed to stay as is?
Things can be moved around, depending on weather, etc.
Can the couple use their own candles/confetti/sparklers/food-trucks?
Candles will need to be enclosed, via votive or lantern. We do not permit the use of sparklers or confetti.
Do you provide heating and/or umbrellas for outdoor spaces?
We do! We have about 5 heaters and 6 umbrellas in stock. Our inventory may vary.
Do you have a sound system and/or microphones for speeches?
We do not. This is a required additional rental.
Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?
Yes! We offer (1) complimentary bridal suite for day-use on the Event Date.
Parking and Alcohol For Your Wedding at Blue Sky Ranch
Is there parking on site and if so, is it complimentary? If not, where will guests park?
We require a 3rd party transportation company to transport all guests to and from each venue. There is complimentary parking for vendors and family and friends of the client. We have 20 parking spots at Arena, and (5) parking spots at the Yurts, Tavern, and Lodge venue rooms (Wine Room and PDR).
Are you licensed to provide alcohol service?
We are! We hold a banquet license through the Lodge at Blue Sky.
